Criminal law 184. (oml.184)

1. Following the request of a convicted person who consideres himself innocent or convicted for a larger offence than he has committed, the case shall be reconsidered :

  1. if new information/material has become available that presumably would have had a significant effect on the conclusion had it been available to the judge before the verdict was reached,
  2. if it may be considered that the judge, prosecutor, investigating officer or others have engaged in punishable behavior with the intent of forcing the verdict that was reached, such as procuring false witness,causing forged documents to appear, witnesses or others have knowingly presented false evidence, and that this has led to an incorrect verdict.

2. If someone, who according to law is assigned to work on investigation or handling of public cases receives knowledge or informed suspicion regarding the items mentioned in paragraph 1. he is required to inform the convicted person thereof.
